Technical support is offered to all customers with a valid maintenance contract:

The maintenance contract covers one UPDATE of DCAMCUT
per year as well as for choose Hotline service and/or Applications service.

The DCAM - Hotline will connect you on all questions
regarding Installation, Operating System, hardware related
problems and general operating problems.
