We are now pleased to present a Mitsubishi MP2400, with a MA2-100 rotary/swivel axis from ITS, at our DCAMCUT training center in Teltow.

It is currently not virtual, but it is one of the cornerstones for the further expansion of our teaching and learning offers.

• Our training courses will be offered again this year as face-to-face courses with up to 4 trainees at our facilities. Dates can be downloaded from our website.

• Taking care of the recommended SARS-CoV-2 occupational health and safety standards of the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, they are possible.

• In addition, online participation in further training courses will be made available this year.

• Individually bookable online courses will then also be offered!

In order to learn machine and software applications for Wire-EDM, special training offers in software/machine training package will additionally be created this year. This offer is meant for training companies as well as for schools and universities.

The course on the DCAMCUT EDM software and the training program on the EDM machine will enable students to learn the basics of this unusual and high-precision metalworking process in just a few days.

It is certainly risky to teach trainees EDM during operation, on workpieces in the final stage of machining. - Even in the classroom, this type of metal processing, with its micrometer range possibilities, cannot be taught in detail from a theoretical point of view. We will show your trainees, pupils or students, application-oriented, current possibilities in programming and also live, practical Wire-EDM.

So: Everything is to be experienced with us even at the machine. Therefore it is allowed to make a mistake in programming or cutting.... :)
