Multiaxis Module II

This multi axis module offers the possibility of part machining from all production-related sides without having to re-clamp the workpiece. This saves time and avoids errors.

The application is based on regular 4-axis programming. In addition, several coordinate systems with different Z-alignments are used. Selecting the appropriate axis ensures that programming for multi-axis machining is indexed.

DCAMCUT programming generally begins with contour definition. Start points are set automatically by the program. By using the DCAMCUT “template technology” feature, programming is already complete.

After defining the raw part and selecting the additional axis, DCAMCUT displays the machining process in the solid simulation.
