MDSC-Module

Or simply call it batch production and much more.

The MDSC – Multi Dynamic Sequence Control add-on module

fundamentally supports, structures, and increases the flexibility of your everyday EDM work. It multiplies your programming processes, manages multiple clamping operations, and offers freedom of choice in production through program management on the machine control system.

The MDSC module offers three revolutionary features.

1. Multiple clamping – the ideal solution for batch production!

Everything in one program – reliable, practical, and economical.
Multiple components with different programs and zero points created in DCAMCUT can be arranged at the machine table simultaneously. This enables the chaining of different machining operations in a kind of assembly instance.
Generated zero points are determined on the machine and automatically stored in the machine's zero point memory.

Get the most out of your machine.

2. Program output for different machine types – at the same time!

Different machine types and/or manufacturers? No problem!
Only DCAMCUT 9.1 offers the simultaneous output of EDM programs for different machine types or makes in a single programming run thanks to the MDSC module.
This enables flexible, demand-oriented processing of EDM jobs on your machines and ensures maximum utilization of existing production capacities.

Feed your machine park even more efficiently in the future.

3. Full flexibility – for the operator too!

The machine operator decides about the processing – at the control.
The programs bundled in DCAMCUT 9.1 and ready for eroding can be restructured and adapted for production at any time, even after transfer to the machine control.
Using simple skip commands in the NC code, individual contours or entire cutting sequences (e.g., cutting off) can be shown or hidden as desired, or executed at a different time.

Relax into the weekend and decide on Friday afternoon what needs to be finished by Monday.
